•The main duty of the position is to carry out marketing activities to increase content visibility.
•The candidate must be able to quickly grasp the workflow tools for operations and marketing.
•The candidate must constantly adjust to new programme features, learn them, and sharpen their editing and content-fixing skills. To find and correct content errors, the candidate must adhere to the editing SOP.
•The associate must be familiar with operational KPIs including delivery/latency SLA, defect%age, and productivity (number of titles handled per hour). The associate will be evaluated on how well he complies with team, personal, and team-related metrics, SLA criteria, and QA rules.
•The candidate should be a team player who can improve the editing and quality of the work being done for his direct report.
•The associate will frequently need to get in touch with stakeholders on a worldwide scale to share status updates, convey pertinent information, and escalate issues as necessary.
•It's an individual contributor position.
•A graduate degree, experience with MS Office, and confidence with statistics are required for the position.
•The associate should also have a professional approach, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
Eligibility
•completed in any stream under graduation (UG).
•The ability to use analysis to resolve simple mathematical and logical issues.
• Excel proficiency, including a working knowledge of its logics.
•Effective communication skills (Read Write, Speak in English)

•The capacity to achieve deadlines in a demanding workplace where software systems and procedures are sophisticated.
Self-starter and strong teammate Strong focus on detail when editing content and digging deep to find problems' sources.
•competent in data analysis, problem-solving, and content editing-related troubleshooting.
•To maintain continuing interactions with the software team and between operations teams, you need good interpersonal skills.
• Having some familiarity with XML standards would be beneficial. A great benefit is having knowledge of or expertise in the publishing sector.
•SQL query writing skills are required.
•Python and Selenium skills are required to automate simple repetitive operations.
