The supply chain operations training programme has been offered by Flipkart Academy. Through interactive films, simulations, digital handouts, Q&A activities, and hands-on experience during your internship term at cutting-edge facilities, this training programme adopts a comprehensive 360-degree approach to support your active learning.
Regarding the Program:
This programme will consist of two phases: digital learning and internship, and it will last exactly 61 days (16 days of digital learning and 45 days of internship.)
The first 13 days are devoted to developing professional skills, which include gaining a thorough understanding of how supply chain operations management and e-commerce work. The final three days are devoted to personal growth, work ethics, POSH, and safety and security. The Program consists of the following 6 steps, which are listed below:

You must register for a Flipkart Academy account.

Step 2 Pre-Assessment
Participants will be informed about their pre-assessment through SMS on both the portal and their registered mobile number. They must complete the pre-assessment in one sitting and receive a score of at least 80%.
Step 3 Interview
Participants who pass the pre-assessment must next go through a round of in-person interviews with the academy management. Three main criteria will be used to base the interview, including:
• Aptitude
• Learning agility
•Willingness to work
Step 4: Announce the results
The participant will receive an SMS with their results once they successfully complete the interview on their registered mobile number. The pre-assessment and interview findings will also be made public on the web.
Step 5: Digital training
Only those candidates who successfully complete the interview will be notified of their results and given their login information through SMS and phone call. They will be informed of the program's dates and times.
step 6: Internship
Participants will be registered for the 45-day internship period once they have successfully completed 16 days of digital learning with exams. Through SMS, email, or phone call, they will receive further information about their joining details, including location, joining date, reporting time, and reporting manager.

Total Length:
The training course lasts 61 days in total, broken up into two sections of 16 days of online instruction and 45 days of internship.

Modes of operation:
There will be an Online and Offline Mode for the programme. While the internship will take place offline, the digital learning will be online.

Stipend:
Yes, students will have access to stipends. The stipend would be in accordance with the state's policy on minimum wages.
