Databricks Careers 2023 is looking for Intern Trainee Engineers of the 2023 batch with a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field to work in Bengaluru.
What we seek (Spark Team):
• 2023 Engineering Graduate with a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
•Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Python/Java/Scala-based applications is required.
•Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Python/Java/Scala-based applications is required.
• SQL-based databases are preferred, as are datawarehousing/ETL technologies such as Informatica, DataStage, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly those applicable to a "Distributed Big Data Computing" environment.
• AWS or Azure hands-on experience is preferred.
• Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
The impact you will have (as a member of the Spark Team):
•Performing initial analysis and troubleshooting in Spark for various customer reported job slowness issues using Spark UI metrics, DAG, and Event Logs.
•Conducting preliminary analysis and troubleshooting in product deployment, data migration, and collaboration with the Platform support team.

•Facilitate screen sharing meetings and slack channel discussions with internal stakeholders and customers.
•Review Support team JIRA tickets and notify the support leadership team to follow up on action items.
• Contribute to the development of tools and automation initiatives.
•Manage Customer Support Cases on a daily basis while adhering to SLAs.
