Occupational Duties:
• The application support analyst is in charge of maintaining, identifying, and defining enhancements to existing applications and their operating environments, as well as making recommendations for improvements. This is done by having a solid understanding of apps support procedures and concepts as well as basic knowledge of other technical areas.
• Examines the logic of the current system and applies evaluative judgement to offer improvements or repairs.
•Creates and defines the scope and goals of modifications using research, fact-finding, and a fundamental knowledge of business practises and industry standards; documents the needs.
•partners with the necessary production and development support departments.
•Takes part in testing and validation efforts.
•Apply a solid understanding of how the team works with others to achieve the team's goals.
•Examines possibilities in situations not covered by processes and determines the applicability of prior or comparable experiences.

Eligibility requirements
•Bachelor's or higher education, or equivalent work experience
•0–2 years of familiarity with or interest in the principles, methods, and other technical aspects of app support.
