JOB Description
For the purposes of automating the deployment of Data platforms on Azure Cloud, the candidate will be in charge. The candidate will have the chance to drive the paradigm change in shared services framework development for automating infrastructure deployment and putting DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for Data products into place.
Job Responsibilities
•Build, migrate, and test Azure environments and integrations. Develop deployment automation to provide a fully functional cloud stack in Azure.
• Create a better cloud development environment by utilising your knowledge of DevOps approaches and practises.
• Create new automation to develop and keep up cloud hosting.
• Create scripts or templates to automate
daily CI/CD, Release Automation, Environment Automation, and Azure DevOps + Azure DevOps build and release pipeline functions for developers or operations.
• Automate cloud VM deployment and management, patching, and AD integration.
Knowledge & Experience Minimum requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, information systems, six months of total IT experience, and newly graduated with the competencies listed below.
• Have a working understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Terraform environment build automation.
Considered a Plus: Knowledge and Skills
• Strong written and vocal communication abilities.
•Experience using Linux, data abstraction, structured data (JSON, YAML, YANG), code management and collaboration (Jira, Confluence, Stash, GitHub), programming, and automation tools and techniques (Ansible, Python and REST APIs).
• Understanding of the DevOps stack, micro services, containers, and APIs (IBM API/Azure API).
•Working knowledge of source control, versioning, DevOps, Splunk, Agile, and CI/CD tools.
•Terraform cloud infrastructure provisioning experience.
•Utilize cloud native tools, such as Azure DevOps, Github, and GitHub Actions, to implement a DevOps, CI/CD solution.
